Help - junk filter

How do I stop constant junk e mails from coming through. I tried blocking the address but every single one is from a different source. I don't want a bigger Penis, nor do I want discreet Viagara on line ordering, nor do I want a collateral free crdedit card. In 24 hours I got 60 odd freakin junk e mails!!

If anyone can save me from this I will be eternally grateful.

My favourite piece of spam I ever got was titled: "ATTRACT MEN WITH BIGGER BREASTS".

What e-mail client are you using?

I use SpamNet as a plugin to Outlook. http://www.cloudmark.com/

have just started using a program called mailwasher, this allows you to see what is on your email sever before you dowload it to your computer and therefore allowing you to bounce unwanted email off to where it came from.

the program is available from cnet or look for it on google.
