the boss is constantly changing hours at work and now it seems I'm constantly working saturday nights and daytimes on a sunday . worse still, being a supervisor its near impossible to ask many of my subordinates to switch hours with me.

Even worse still the only other supervisors at work who can switch with me are mad west tigers fans who are also trying to arrange hours to their suit west tigers games.

what do I do???

I have the radio on all the time but it doesn't feel the same as watching the game and the others at work prefer to listen to games of the rugby league nature

Definitely time to quit your job. :p :o

I do understand though. Nothing worse than being in workplace where everyone is hostile to the Swans.

One word: QUIT

If your work doesn't revolve around the Swans, why bother continuing to work there? :p

hey mate, feel sorry for ya... are u allowed to wear earphones? cos if u cant fit in a tv, ur only option is radio. so i recommend a portable radio with earphones.

Get yourself a little handheld TV, theyre fairly cheap these days. I know someone who used to take one to the ground to watch because he couldnt see the slow-mo replays on the scoreboard.

thanks guys for all the help I will get a portable mini tv set when I get the chance, the others at work fully understand my passion for the red and white and they are willing to tune into the games.

I can't afford to quit at the moment either and folks would be furious. my mum is red and white mad but evenif she is invited to a function on a weekend that occurs at the same time as the bloods play, she misses the game. thats how she feels about me

just an update on my situation here. I talked to the boss and all is good now and I can at least have my saturday nights off. :thumbsu:. Worst comes to worst eveyone just puts up with me having the radio switched on

Good news. So no need to implement my next suggestion which would have been to set off the watersprinklers at work every other week so you could slip out. :p
