Help needed: Dual O/S

I'm running two O/S, Win2K and WinXP. On start up, there's that option of which O/S you want to load up. My question is, can I configure it, and if so, how? What I'm looking at changing is things like the length of the countdown clock, and the order of the O/S list.

Run XP and go Start -> settings -> Control Panel --> System and select the "settings" button under "Start up and recovery".

All the options are there.

Thanks for that. I've actually found the exact same thing in Win2k.

Or you can amend the boot.ini file with notepad which you'll find hidden in root of the primary partition. I run three O/S, win98, win 2k and linux.
