Help! Trivia question - breaking the line after the siren

Hey Folks,

My first post on this board. Need some help please - has any footy player ever had to kick a goal after the siren and accidentally broken the line? Meaning it was play on and they just lost the game?

I'm sure it's happened but I'm googling my fingers off and can't find record of it anywhere. Perhaps I am imagining it.

Bonus points if it's on Youtube somewhere. Huge thanks in advance for anyone that can help.

Not exactly what you're asking for but the closest examples I can think of are Courtney Dempsey I think for Essendon v Swans playing on as the siren went IIRC but wasn't a shot, he was right on the 50.. Essendon lost by less than a kick after nearly reeling in a 40-odd point 3/4 time deficit and Noah Cumberland likewise for Richmond v Fremantle last year -the match was drawn.
