Help with phone

Hi, i have a Sony Erricson w810i and it has a little problem, on the speaker bit of the phone (see pic to see what i mean)

it worked fine a week ago, but suddenly i couldn't hear any sound, but the thing is when i force my finger tips onto the circled part in the pic the sound comes back on, and if I'm playing a song or something it stays on, but when i stop it after like 5 seconds with nothing playing it will stop working again and then i will have to force with my finger tips on the circled part in the pic for it to work ...

How can i fix this? when i open the bottom part of the phone there is 4 screws maybe tighten them? they are prob ally loose seeing as i have dropped my phone a few times?

please someone help on how i can fix this

P.S and sometimes if i force my finger tips in the right place on the circled part it goes to normal and i don't have to force my finger tips again, untill once when i dropped my phone and now i have to force them everytime to work
