To copy and paste a picture, press the buttons 'ctrl'(control) and 'C' to copy , and the open a paint 'document' in you graphics program and press the buttons 'Ctrl" (control) and 'V'.
A paint 'document' is just a page where you can add graphics. It's in a graphics program ie Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Gimp or MS Paint Just to name a few
