Hi. I haven't used "Live Footy" for a while to find out live supercoach scores. When I went into the live footy website and tried to click on the "Supercoach" link during a game of football, it said that I needed to link digital pass and supercoach together. I follow the link and type in the username/password to supercoach, and it comes up with:
Specified user xxxxxxxx@bigpond.com is already associated with another account - please login using that account and unlink it before trying to link it to this account.
Trouble is, I've only ever had one digital pass subscription and one supercoach side.
Could it have come about by changing the password to my digital pass subscription or supercoach?
The only way that I can see to 'unlink' the two is to already be logged in live footy. I've looked in the subcription details of both accounts and it says nothing about the link between the two. Does anybody know how to unlink digital pass and supercoach without being logged in to live footy?
