Lleyton Hewitt defeated Gregory Carraz of France in three sets

6-4 7-6 6-2

good to see good old Lleyton doing well, i still think he looks strange without the hat, but i spose i'll get use to it!!

COME ON!!! :D

And at the moment Scott Draper in down 2 sets to 1 agains't Tim Henman. Hope Draper can get up in the last 2 set's. The last game of the 3rd set was a great one.

Well done to Lleyton Hewitt on his straight sets win last night and I must say, wasn't it great to see the Frenchman just completely throw in the towl in the 3rd set after losing the 2nd set tie-breaker!! :D:D

C'mon Lleyton!!

Cheers!!

Go Lleyton!!!

Journalists have really got to get over the grudge they have with Hewitt. the article on the Age website covering the match seems to grudgingly admit that Lleyton was better on the day, even though he won in straight sets!

The media should get over their own ego and get behind a young Aussie doing his best.

If Lleyton's love for Australia wasn't as stong as it is, I wouldn't be surprised if he did a Jelena and relocated to Belgium instead of getting his girlfriend Kim to come here! Don't think he'd do that though.
