Cheers for locking my thread so nobody can post their PSN's or find online games.

I was aware there was another SF4 thread, but it's general discussion rather than a dedicated thread for people to post their PSN's and find games.

Is the games forum really THAT busy that a thread like the one I posted is too much?

Also, if you're gonna lock the thread, you might as well delete it.

What purpose does it serve to post an insult, lock it, and leave it on display? If you need to broadcast your self-importance in such ways, can't you just start a thread of your own?

I can understand how you'd feel the need for such displays of power though. Being the moderator of a video game sub-forum on an unofficial football website is a pretty big deal!

• There is already a PSN tag thread

• There is already a Clan thread to gather numbers to play a game

Now as to the insult, considering half of your thread was a troll towards 360 users, surely your skin is thick enough to take an in joke on this board??

I can understand how any supposed hindrance of you playing SFIV with people off a video game sub-forum on an unofficial football website is a pretty big deal!

It makes my thread for SF4-specific PSN tags totally redundant!

My insult was a crack at XBox's crappy controller/d-pad. That's an in-joke amongst people who play fighter games who generally realise that controller is god-awful for fighters.

Why don't you just ease up with the moderating stick and let people post threads? Even if there is a tiny amount of overlap in the content?

There's crap on the main page of this board that's almost a week old, I really don't see how a SF4 PSN thread was going to hurt anyone.

ps: WTF do clans have to do with fighting games?

Say that you're interested in playing SFIV with BigFooty PS3 owners, then they might add you.

KnaveyBlue, you could've just gone to the SF IV thread and asked in their if there were any PSN users who wanted to play. It would have accomplished the exact same thing as beginning a new thread.
