My cat died

Least , i THINK he's dead....has gone AWOL numerous times ( including a 9-day effort once )
Had been off his chow for a few days and had been ONLY drinking from the shower a bath ( Kidneys i believe )
15 yr old....KC

Down on myself for not taking him to the vet for the "final solution"
What are my chances of finding him to give him a proper burial , peeps ??

not too good mate, cats like dogs tend to wonder off and die by themselves.

if you have a shed look in cupboards and spaces like that.

Sorry to hear about your cat

I remember seeing on TV once that cats go to a discrete spot and then just rest there. On this show it showed a cat which hid under its owner's house before it passed away, or something like that.

But I'm no expert...

Ahhh makes me think of my dogs fate.

The oldest girl has been with be since I was 8 and my youngest has been with me since I was 13.

Gonna be a sad, sad day when they go. My older one is starting to slow down a bit as well

All the best NSWCROW, keep searching but if you find him, he's 15, obviously not in a good state so best to get him put down.

His big trick was heading down into the drains and then not being able to jump out ( Dropped as a kitten ( Smashed the clown who did it too ) and hit by a car rooted his back )

Think he's gone in to have the " Big sleep " and been washed away....just hope he was asleep before then.

I think you need to get someone to "spring for a brand new cat" for you ... as George Costanza tried to avoid doing after forgetting to feed his girlfriend's cat while she was away and it went to the big scratching post in the sky.

"It was a pretty old cat. It probably died of natural causes" ...

maybe you should go check your local chinese takeaway shop, if they have had a sudden rise in the meat in there dimsims...
