Thread bump!

Maybe the GDAM needs its own thread, but I thought I would post here: Aussie Jeff Rossiter just busted overnight leader Duhamel, and is sitting on 5M chips after using only one buyin (compared to 2 or 3 for many others including Duhamel).

It's a shame the structure is so bad. Even despite all the rebuys, the average stack is only about 23BB. Kurganov in 3rd has only 35BB.

And wow, 60 minute levels are so tough, especially when they sometimes take 5+minutes per hand because the stakes are so high.

He was, yeah. The structure is just absurd. How can this happen for one of the richest tourndonkaments in history? Chipleader on the FT has 28BB. Table average is about 15BB.

yeah the short structures are the theme for these, I guess its the way they attract the bigger players

A softer but faster field must be better than a slower/tougher field

Rossiter tt>Q8 for a whole tonne of chips, wonder if it was a right call considering haxton had 3bb left

Jeff is 1/4 with massive chiplead though theyre basically flipping from here on in so far from home

Probably spends more time in Macau than he does Oz

Always has some interesting stories of Macau if you land on his table in oz. He plays decent stakes cash there most of the time
