One of my teachers was from the eastern suburbs, he to was very snotty and put the northern suburbs down alot. If anything the western suburbs are the worst.

Right, because Dandy, Frankston, and their surrounding suburbs are so classy

:D:D

I've lived in the North-West suburbs of Melbourne (not to mention I used to work at Broadmeadows too) all my life and get shitty with people's put downs about the area.

There are "not so good areas" everywhere and there are some good in "bad areas" too. If that makes any sense. :)

I worked at Highpoint for 5-6 years and never had a problem with anyone. Broady tho... different story. (;)), but still very nice people in general.

I work a part time job at highpoint and have done so for a few years while im at uni. I've encountered a few rude/weird customers but my predominant experience is that if you treat people well and meet their expectations, then the overwhelming majority of people are polite.

We have another outlet at Chadstone shopping centre and I have worked a few shifts there as well. Just because it is a better area, it doesn't mean people treat you better. In fact, my experience is that our highpoint customers had far more reasonable expectations than our chadstone ones because they dont have that mentality that money can buy everything.
