Hi guys,

Just looking for a bit of help finding a suitable home loan. I am looking to purchase an apartment with will be my first home. My price range is around 300-320k, have about 20% of that already saved and earn about $55k p.a. before tax.

I got a pre-approval from Commonwealth for about $250k just to get a decent gauge. Have an appointment with RAMS this week.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Try the non bank lenders

Is a good start to compare home loans bank lenders and non bank lenders. Choose 1 that best suits your needs. Will you be paying more then the minimum? Will you want to withdraw money from your home loan every now and then? Interest Only or Prinicple and Interest? Offset account? All good questions to ask plus many more

Thanks for the help guys. Sorry I have taken so long to get back, have been pretty busy.

I am putting in about $60k and want to lend about $250k. I probably won't need to withdraw money from my account.

I am currently looking at Members Equity.
