One of two things
1/. You have some spyware running that changes your home page, install and run adaware or spybot. (most likely)
2/. You're normal home page URL is the type that is forwarded on by a third party (eg namesdirect). Occaisionally, when this service isn't operatingm you get sent to a links page instead. This occurs to me often enough.
