I am with Homepath currently and was very pleased with them.
Their rate is competitive and their service is quite good if you don't mind doing most things by online/email.
They did have a hefty payout fee on the loan ($1500) - we are selling and paying out the loan means paying this fee.
We are going with ANZ this time - bit too complex getting bridging loan / portable funds. Easier to start afresh. Plus you get people who speak clear English (it's pretty obvious where Homepath saves their costs).
