Honestly.....

Finals = 2010 (2008 extremely unlikely, 2009 to just miss out)

Premiership = 2012 (2 years of "developing" in the finals, then cashing in on the 3rd attempt).

Judd and Fevola should definitely be in your next premiership team if my time frame is accurate.

Finals are a (slimmish) chance next year, but we should definitely make the 8 in 2009.

Next flag will be 2011 or 2012. We are one of only a few sides on the way up at the moment, with quite a few on the way down and a number treading water.

And i reckon we'll need fev in order to get one, or perhaps two...

Slimmish chance of the finals next year if a few games go our way towards the end of the year.

Definitely in the 8 in 2k9 and probably a top 4 finish in 2010
