It makes my blood boil that we are going to starting paying only 97% of our salary cap when we have been throwing money away paying duds massive salaries over the last couple of years,

Its amazing even after all of the bullsh&t that we have been through, I cannot believe the fu&king hole our club has dug for itself.

No need to apologise as alot of people have just finally had a gutful of the incompetence that seems to be at the place year in year out.

People love the club!!!!!

Its never the club that people bag its actually the people in charge of it and I am also sick of feeling that we are worse in almost every area of running a football club.

The overpaid duds are able to leverage themselves against the hole of talent that exists in the team.

97% will ward off many prospective coaches as they know they will be judged as if they had 100% to work with and that 3% can be critical.

97% ? No worries..till we make a profit again.

If a coach can't make it work on 97% (during a rebuilding & youth policy stage) then the extra 3% won't get him anywhere.

Look, each 1% of our salary cap equates to about $60K.

That means we will be paying about $180K less to our playing group next year.

It's not themost ideal situation, but realistically, it's only what Duncan would have been earning this year, that won't be transferred somewhere else.

Expect a huge influx of first year players who only demand the minimum wage of $60K each.
