How do I post a picture?

I have picture from an E-Mail that I want to post, can anyone explain to me how to do it?

Well, get the picture you want, right mouse click it, go to properties. Then copy the address/URL of that picture. Come back here, select IMG, and paste the URL in there. And it should work, hope that is some help to ya.

Probably won't work unless the E-Mail picture is hosted on a webserver that allows you to link from other websites. If the E-Mail pic is located on your hard drive it definitely won't work.

You will need to upload the image to a webhost if this is the case, then link to it.

Your ISP should provide a small amount of webspace, email them about it.
