I seriously dont know if I even have the heart to go support the Crows this week, call me weak. But I just cant bring myself to watch another finals campaign that I know will only end in me getting all angry and throwing drink bottles around.

That is a seriously bad attitude. As a football supporter you have to take the good with the bad. The good is, we've made the finals - and a home final to boot. How many suppporters of OTHER clubs would be pleased just to have made the finals? The bad is - we might lose, but then again, we might win! Get out and support your team - this is what footy is all about... not the "only support them when they win" shit.

We've never won less than 8 games in a season either

could be Bassett's last ever game (hopefully not); it's spring, so i'd expect good weather...hopefully it's packed.

crows could easily bail out first round...but could go as far as the GF...a bit of a stretch at the moment though, but you never know.

IMO I think we will get over collingwood in a tough game, but lose in the 2nd semi against whoever wins out fo the saints and cats.

Could be interesting if the Dogs get a win (I really doubt it) in the first week. We could then end up playing them in a prelim. Unlikely I know, but stranger things have happened.

I think its a fairly good run, would have preferred the Swans or North in the first week though.

Ahh, I doubt we will beat Collingwood. But wouldn't it feel amazing to beat them in a final. We have to overcome huge odds now, there's no turning back.

I wouldn't like to play the Bulldogs in a final with the umpires embarassed about that decision (akers goal). The 50-50's wouldn't go our way. Not to say they went our way on saturday (the goal excepted).

I'm much better in public than I am in the privacy of my own home. (And we ARE talking reactions to footy games here ). So I can sort of relate.... you'll be fine... suck it up and remind yourself it's just a game.

One finals win this year would be all I'd expect at best - and that is one more than I thought we would have had at the start of the season.....
That is why I am glad we finished 5th! If we don't beat Collingwood - we don't deserve to be there .
