great news. worry about the fevola-coaster tho!
If he has had an infection related to his operation it could be nasty.
Hope they got it early and it was superficial.

Fingers crossed.:thumbsu:

They could have mentioned Fev's leg/groin probs, what kind of athlete doesn't run because of a finger injury! LOL

I'm certainly scared.

Well you should be, you have 45 years of waiting again!!!

Riley said he couldn't run as funny as it sounds he could sweat as that would make the infection worse!!

I also read somewhere that Fev caused the infection...thought that was funny!!

Anyone guess how the conversation between murph and gibbs went ? "Right, your turn bud, go welcome the new guy."

I can not get over the fact we have Judd, it as is actually starting to sink in. After all those debates about who is better than who, now we can just say "judd", piss off.

Maby Fevola should Sue the Hospital or the Surgeon for the infection which shouldn't have occurred in a Hospital when its suppose to be sterilized .

Mate, if every patient that picked up an infection in hospital sued, there would be no Doctors in public health.

It's an accepted (though little known) risk factor for going to any hospital (as a visitor let alone patient).

Think about it like this. Are you more likely to pick up an infection at home.........or in a place where people with all sorts of wonderful butgs growing have congregated, and share facilities such as bathrooms, or have the same nurse.

Secondly, we have no clue whether it's an intra-operative infection, or whether the wound got infected post op.

Intr-op infections are far less common, but extremely serious, whereas wound infections are relatively common and easy to treat.

I'd suggest Fev (if he had an infection at all) probably had a wound infection, otherwise he would have had a prolonged hospital stay that would have been noticed IMHO.:thumbsu:
