How important is a good full back?

Hey guys, I just finished reading the other thread regarding the 'best fullback in the league', but nobody talked how important a good full back is?

Someone in another thread mentioned teams basically only want awesome goal kickers and many teams will provide a bonus based on the amount of goals kicked by a player. Nobody has mentioned full backs receiving these bonuses based on good play. Someone even said goal kickers get a bonus of $100 per goal. Kick 3 goals and you scored $300. This seems unreal to me.

Could anyone explain or tell me if fullbacks receive this kind of treatment? Do all the full backs have to take the kick out after a point is scored? Do teams look for good full backs and value them as much goal kickers?

The fullback is the back bone 4 your team and this thing about bonus 4 the goal kickers is VERY TRUE but if the FULLBACK was on the same i wood be owed A SHIT LOAD OF MONEY COS ive played on plenty of ****ING DUDS on big coin
