How long till it becomes Ratten's team

How long do you expect it to take for Ratten to be able to stamp his mark on this current group of players and we are able to truly say, this is ratten's teams and he is responsible for their performance.

when we moved from parkin/britten to pagan we went from 1 extreme to another, history shows this did not work and many players were not able to adapt to the change in style and the coach was unable to assist the players enough in changing to his style.

each time there is a change of coach, there are scars left over

raten has only had 1 full pre season with this group of players and in reality this is not enough time to be able to call the current group of players 'ratten' team.

he has the advantage that he has the youngest list in the league and a lot of talent/potential to work with.

So is 1 pre season enough?
is 1 full season enough?
does it take 2 pre seasons?
or does it take 2 full seasons?

You have got me here I really don't have any clue what you mean. If it's not Ratten's team now it can only then be Pagan's team.

If you're talking about getting the team to play in his style/according to his game plan then you'd have to say from round 1 08 - last year he was really just seeing out the year and making sure we didn't look too bad in losing the remaining matches. This year we'll be after it from round 1.

there come a point in time when a coach has had enough time with a group of players, thet the effect of the previous coach can no longer be used as an excuse?

The players would have forgotten about Pagan 2 seconds after he was sacked. What does Ratten have to make excuses for at the moment - we haven't played a game this year. He has coached perfectly since taking over the job hasn't made a single mistake.

As far as I am concerned... Ratts is the coach of our team...

It will take a while to re-educate some of the players to get them away from all the bad habits that Pagan drilled into them
