Love enzo annoying and big cass as a team but personally I think big cass is the much better wrestler and should go go out on his own eventually if he wins a tag team title with enzo. I can see the big guy being a fan favourite if given enough exposure by wwe, the wwe universe already like him a lot....SAWFT!

Well they teaming with Cena at battleground. Its all downhill from here.

They have certainly impacted on the fans. Nothing like a good angle and a catch cry. Well, they have at least two.

Their issue is going to be in their tag team longevity. Big Cass has to be the powerful force which means Enzo has to consistently look weak and take a beating to set it up for Cass to come in and clean out the ring. Enzo's big attraction is his persona and his mic work, but Cass is no slouch on the mic.

I really feel for faces in the WWE. They are not allowed to have too much success too fast but heels are, as far as fans go. People love the anti-hero. I feel the faces are more pigeon holed as far as set moves go. Like an 80s band they have to play all of their previous hits to make the crowd squeal. Of course if you do the same thing week in, week out, you are thought to be limited.

Heels cheat to win. They look strong but also weak. Faces are not supposed to be beatable. They have to be victims of an injustice.

So we have permanent victim face John Cena having to be teamed up with the fresh exciting faces in Enzo and Cass to give him back some anti-hero cred. They could just as easily have teamed up with Roman Reigns but he lives off the aura of Dean Ambrose who still enjoys some sort of tweener status like Stone Cold did.

Will this kill off Big Cass before he gets going? Cena is unfairly marked for life IMO. He can't bask in the glow of others, he can only tarnish them. Or he can give them big match credibility, before they turn heel and take him out. That may be the life for Cena from here on in.

WWE have to heel turn Reigns and Cena and allow them to change their repertoire. You can't see me and the 5 knuckle shuffle has to go. Reigns and the spear don't translate anyway. That's a Goldberg/Edge thing and Reigns doesn't generate the same emotion with it. Cena has to completely rework all of his power moves as the AA is not exciting to watch. The STF is fine once in a while.

Anyway, turned this into something else. The main message is I think they are using the curve of Enzo and Cass to cast some warmth on to Cena just as much as they are trying to promote them up the order using the star power of Cena.
