All week Apparantly he's struggling to make selection with injury.

Plays his longest stretch in Ruck tonight and not only that I thought he was close to BOG.

To see him doing in and under work at stoppages as well as he gave Charman a bath at points.

Makes me think the turn around from a Perth game really is bad.

Makes me think West Coast and Freo put up with it 10 times minimum a year which is a bloody big handicap.

I love his 2nd and 3rd efforts.

When he kept soccering the ball when in defence instead of picking it up was great stuff, we got a goal out of that a couple of minutes later as well. He is one of my fave Crows and not just because he's North-listed!

I thought he made a couple of poor handballing decisions early - but maybe they were more a function of being given a pressure possy....and his scrapping to take possession in the first place.

Also - the good news was he got thru the game after being wonky for the last 2 and a half weeks now

His skills were a little sloppy tonight ( handballs ) and he is going to have to stop grabbing the ball out of the ruck.

But the guys determination, heart etc. is vital to the side and its mind set.

Hudson has definitely earned the mantle "big fellah" - for his heart is surely as big as Shaun Rehns! Don't forget he is still a "beginning" ruck man in AFL having played less than 20 games for us (I think - but it's not many more if it is more)!

....and to follow on - i would like to know who had the ball longer in relation to being tackled- that Huddo one or today the Ottens one where he took the ball and kicked a goal while being grabbed - which was allowed btw.

We get the same from this Farcical Holding the ball rule.

The umpires seem whistle happy if one of us are on the bottom of the pack but all so "understanding" if an oppisition player is on the bottom.
