Hi guys, just after some advice

Got tackled on Sunday and my left knee hyperextended underneath me. It happend about 5 minutes into the game and I kept playing, I was limping alot and could barely run so I was moved to the FP. I was fine after qtr time and could run a bit better and thought it would be okay.

But yesterday and today my knee is hurting alot, it kind of collapses backwards every few steps and clicks when I extend it. I cant really afford to go to a physio or anything so does anyone have any idea what I might have done to it?

Thanks

using a heating pad on it, wrap on there for an hour or so and then when it stiffens up agains apply heat again and if it doesn't stop in a couple days then i would go see a doctor about it
thats just temp relief
other treatment may includes:
Wearing a knee brace or wrapping an elastic bandage around the knee
Physical therapy
Surgery

Did pretty much the same thing. kept playing thought i hadnt done much damage the next day my knee was stiff and kept giving way! went to a sports doctor after 3 weeks cause it wouldnt get any better! got a MRI and had snapped my posterior cruciete ligament and a bit of cartlidge damage!
