Finishing games off against the quality sides has been a disaster for us this year.

If today's game ends up being really close toward the end...what (or who) do you think would be our most important asset to help us get over the line?

A nice (ie. soft) "penalty" in the goal square to Gaz Jnr to win the game would be halarious! :thumbsu:

If not, Moons, Moons, Moons!! (yes, mooney to multiply into 3 of himself :) )

Our passion, commitment and never give in attitude

Meh. I switched it off before half time - something I have never ever done before this season.

The thing that stood out for me was Kingsley and Kelly both standing on the mark and both pointing each other towards Johncock who was marauding up the wing unmanned. Par for the course for the cats.

That was very telling, that passage of play. What made it worse was that Pohncock ended up with the footy and started another forward thrust.

Kelly is on borrowed time in the seniors...his form hasn't been good this year.

The thing that stood out for me was Adelaide's running when they don't have possession. The whole team runs hard no matter where they are on the park. They are all super-fit and play for each other. They are smart at switching the play and sometimes it looked like they had 3 or 4 free players when they switched to the 'fat side'.

They also rebound from defence like we did a couple of years ago.

Look, we are not terrible and will beat Carlton this week, but like someone else said, when we are not rebuilding and were touted as genuine contenders, it is disappointing to go down by close to 100.
