The second oldest living person is 116 years and 89 days old.

What if the second oldest living person brutally murdered the oldest living person to attempt to claim the Guinness world record?


Would Guinness consider that cheating, and therefore not award the record?

Or would it just be frowned upon, and they'd have to give them the record?

Serious answer, they wouldn't recognise it. They would simply remove the record from the book until the murderer kicked the bucket. They don't list drinking records anymore because they want to discourage life threatening behaviour.

Wow, 136? Do Mike Tyson loads have life prolonging powers? If so I'll take the load.

I guess that brings up another question: would you take a Mike Tyson load if it meant you got an extra 20 years of life?
