I still cant get the stats on Footy Fanatic to work!

I cant get my season stats on Footy Fanatic to work, it also effects my brownlow medal votes.
Im not much of an expert on these things, but when i double click the Visual Basic 6.0 Seup toolkit it goes -

Invalid command line parameters. Unable to continue

and then.........

Setup not completed

and then.........

Run time error '5'
Invalid procedure call or argument

Im not sure if this is the source of my problem but anyone with any ideas can you please help me out
