When I try to open up my i-tunes I get this message

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ksUser.dll is not a valid Windows image.

Does anyone know what does this means and how can I fix it?

Cheers!!!!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes?

Maybe wipe your whole system clear of iTunes then download it from Apple again?

Seems the .dlll file is corrupt. Open your system installation disk in explorer and navigate to the System32 folder, copy the ksUser.dll file and replace the one you have installed.
