I gave up icq months and months ago. I was sick of the usual 9pm influx of messages along the lines of "hey baby, you get the naked with me?" from the United Arab Emirates.

The amount of spam I was getting towards the end of my ICQ-using time was getting completely out of control. I know Destructive was having even worse problems - he was getting spam messages virtually every minute and by the time he'd blocked someone another spammer was advertising their pr0n site.
