Once Bigpond if gone. Integrate Big Footy to its forums. ODN to setup accounts for key players. Responses / coaching tips to be forwarded to Ratts and MC to qualify and screen.

Not sure if this relates but a place where people can share their Carlton graphics/photographs would be good. Eg; Wallpapers, blends, icons, etc.

Or they could hold competitions to get people involved.
