Obviously in Yr 1 Maths you recieved a big 'F'.

Impossible to get a negative percentage. The worst it can mathematically be is 0.

Having said that, I have no doubt Melbourne will achieve this feat.

It's pretty hard to go much lower.

I would say if they somehow managed to get it under 10, they would be close to Merge/relocation territory.

Being a St Kilda supporter, I used to love how your percentage actually increased after a 10 goal loss late in the season, all because on average the losses through out the year were above 70 points....

It was just like a win.

Now that Melbourne have points on the board, it is impossible for their percentage to drop to 0.

It's also impossible for Melbourne to have 0 percentage now. Even if they only scored 1 point for the entire season across all 22 games, then regardless of what the opposition score against them, they can never have 0%.
