Could you still support the club?

My uncle was a big Fitzory fan. When they merged with the Lions he was shattered and could no longer support the club. To him it was no longer his club and while he still followed and enjoyed football he did not support a team.

Richmond, Essendon, Carlton, Collingwood are not going anywhere. Large supporter bases, high profiles, regardless of current financial positions their long term prospects are viable.
I wouldn't like to see any Clubs move or fold but it if it did happen it won't be any of the above.
