Just bought my first ever membership. Got one for the wife, too.

Okay, so it was only an adult 11 bronze, but you got to start somewhere. I really wanted an 18 actually, but I'm stuck working a lot of Saturdays and would miss a few of the away games. I already am going to miss the first home game too. Still, $14 a game is pretty good.

When can I expect some kind of acknowledgement, either by mail, and what do I do if it hasn't made it by the time I go to my first game?

I sent mine away last Friday - hadn't been able to afford it til then - and they sent it back to me by Express Post on Wednesday, got it Thursday. I guess to get it back to me in time for the Victorian games. I was pretty happy about that, I didn't think I'd get it til next week; so I guess it shouldn't take them too long to send it back to you.

As long as I get it soon - I need to make sure I can get seats for Carlscum next week and Anzac Day.

I didn't buy a reserved seat because we like to sit somewhere different every week.

When you get the clubs official letter, with that big page heading logo informing you that you are a client, then and only then may you be called a supporter.
