See, here's how it goes:

Stage 1. Simply being busy. At this stage, I generally don't have time for BigFooty for a certain length of time.

Stage 2. Can't be bothered. I'm sorry, but this happens. It can stretch from a few days to a few months.

Stage 3. Don't want to explain my absence. See, if I'd come in after Stage 1, I could truthfully say I've been busy. But because I allowed Stage 2 to happen and stretch on and on, I can't say that. And I don't like to lie.

Stage 4. Alternate steps 1 through 3.

Stage 5. Finally return to BigFooty to your cries of "welcome back!", and "where have you been?". Sheepishly say I've been a bit busy, and get back to the serious business of posting rubbish.

So now you know how it works! Just as long as I come back, hey?
