In the middle of the current melbourne internal fighting (and let me say I sympathise with Joseph Gutnick) I suddenly had one thought.
If the Merger had gone ahead in 1996, then all this bulldust would be happening at that club right now ! Those that are causing the problems would have been Melbourne Dawks Board members !
Instead, thanks to great management and ordinary supporters getting mobilised we are looking at 8 straight wins and looking forward to getting back on 'speaking terms' with the bombers !
