3 N - Agree with Bomber Spirit. Who decides what's offensive?

4 A - release whatever you want but songs with offensive language and subject matter will not get radio airplay and will not sell.

5 D - We should be responsible for our own actions rather than look for someone to blame/sue.

6 A - unless the language/subject is inappropriate for minors.

What is offensive is a matter of personal choice and opinion. There is music out there that offends me personally, but I don't believe it should be outlawed. I simply don't buy it, don't listen to it and don't spend my money on it. Freedom of choice all the way.
