I'm willing to trade 3 of my keepers (max 1 goalie) for the 1st overall pick in the upcoming draft. DM if you want to make a deal.
Last ditch for the TBT's. Need a few goals and some PPP's to have a chance of back to back.

Looks like Gareth's Joke Team is no joke! Think he might have snuck home against the TBT's on countback after a 6-6 tie in the major final. Will have to wait and see what Yahoo makes of it.

Unlucky TBT. Impressive win by JT given the pylons they had in net during the final. Husso sitting on a deck chair and getting a shutout vs the Habs got the job done.
Looked like a Toews empty-netter went just wide with a minute to go.
Would have been a countback had that gone in.

Thanks all for another really great year. This league the best of any fantasy league I am part of, across any sport. Active players, good spirit, close competition = good fun.
Draft order for next year.
1. Glasgow Mega Snakes - wonder who he picks???!
2. Teal Thunder - a bit of the old Denis Pagan "dancing with your sister" to finish with 2nd pick this season
3. Lumberjacks - really great first year in the league
4. Doof - as competitive as ever
5. Mario's Memories - ditto
6. Walk With Elias - runaway leaders don't always thrive (Tigers 2018 - best team of the dynasty, then ran into the Mason Cox prelim final express)
7. Joke Team - toughest of luck.
8. TBT Bleu et Bleu - hat trick challenge awaits..

Hi Roo - if someone drops out, then you'll be first reserve.
League has been renewed, with invite emails sent to all last year's members.
Rules remain the same.
Maximum of:
8 "senior" keepers
3 "rookie" keepers (a rookie is regarded as having had no more than 2 seasons of 22 games or more)
Rookie keeper slots are NOT tradeable.
Any other player for player trades MUST also include a draft pick trade - and all trades must be announced and confirmed in this thread.
Any thoughts on a draft date?
NHL season begins on Tue Oct 10th.
We have a possible first reserve for a slot in league with Roo182 (as above). If you could all let me know if you're back in please.
FYI, myself (TBT) and son Tim (Teal) are both back for another year. He says my win last season was pure fluke - I say otherwise!
