Weren't all incomplete teams supposed to be removed from leagues and replaced by randoms before round 1 or did I just imagine that?

nope; well most weren't. most zero scoring teams were re-instated so the owners could complete their teams and remain in the league they originally joined. both the zero scoring teams in my DT and SC leagues have completed their teams this week and scored.

F**K, if I knew that was going to be the case I wouldn't have made my team up for round 1, I would have rather just waited to see which first year players were going to play and pack my bench, you can easily make up the 2000 points you miss out on through the season thanks to some good cash cows...
i doubt you can make up a round of zero, when thinking about the big picture of overall ranking.
plus no one knew the teams would be re-instated. i think they were removed completely last year. probably too many complaints this year of lost teams due to people not being able to access the site.
