AFL Club
Richmond
In : Reiwoldt, Hughes, Polo, Edwards

Out: Pettifer, Tivendale, Polak, and white or tambling

drop polak though - really hasn;t done anything this year, and why should the club give him a free ride back to freo so he can get a chance to catch up with his ol croonies - pettifer will be probably rubbed out - and if not deserves at least 1-2 weeks at coburg - even if he is rubbed out - make him play at least one match (and he must play well ) at coburg before he gets a game again.

play reiwoldt, hughes and brown deep in the forward line - play richo at CHF with morton and edwards on either side. start pattison in ruck, and simmo start on the bench. play schulz down back with thursty and moore (is mcguane injured or at coburg?) - even give schulz a run down forward along with reiwoldt and hughes - put richo on the pine - just to see how it operates.

lets just please shuffle things around and see what these kids can do - i can handle us being beated as long as kids are developing kisd - like the hawks did prior to their success .

i'he had enough of this poop, lets just bottom out with a very young team, get what comes along with that and hope that in two years we can become winners - trying to create a winning culture on the back of the senior fella's aint happening - and we aren't developing our own.

at least that way - when wallace most likely gets the boot at the end of this season, or next - we will have a young list with games under their belt - wallace is in shit creek IMO

absolutely spot on :thumbsu:

throw in connors and McGuane as well over the next few weeks and then cotchin and Rance later on this year. Give Meyer and JON a sustained crack so we know exactly where our list stands at seasons end.

Its just not working trying to win with the older blokes, they are whats wrong with this footy club and are having an influence on how our young guys are starting to play and prepare for footy, - lazy, laconic and no running

i think this should be Joel bowdens last season - has looked very slow off the mark this season - i reckon offer him up as a bit of trade bait. i would actually be happy to not see him playing this week, mainly because i would rather see how things go without him, with others in his position.

Polak took some decent marks - needs to bloody finish off better in front of goals though. Keep him in for the Freo game, he'll hopefully step up a notch playing back on Subi.

White was pretty good, I thought. As for Pettifer and Tivendale, they can go. Tambling can have another week before the heat gets turned up on him.

tivs played ok, and didnt do much wrong with a few good passes, tambling just fumbled his way through the game, and apart from his goal had woeful disposal.

If Polak has been recruited to play on the 'gorillas' as a defender then play him as a permanent forward deep and let him use his best attribute. He is supposed to have the best or close to the best hands in the game with regard to marking the ball. Get him one out and let him take a few grabs and get his confidence back.

Good suggestions , I reckon Wallace might survive if he makes these moves though because there is a fair chance we will get results.

what would be the &*^% point in dropping white, he should be given 2-3 games at least to show his worth, he did a couple of good things....a revolving door in and out of the senior side will prove nothing:eek:

just thought that 85% playing time on the ground for 9 touches wasn't much to crow about - he didn't do much wrong, but didn;t have an influence one iota.

more so, i think it is extremely important to get polo, reiwoldt, hughes and edwards playing asap - its time.

with tambo - i think he would be stiff to get dropped - but he has got to learn that his arse is not more valuable than the likes of polo, edwards, white, hughes, reiwoldt & even schulz. everytime either of these fella's have a dud of a game, they are dumped to coburg - bling was terrible on sunday - 6 critical errors from 17 touches and couldn't hold a worthwhile tackle to save his mama. i honestly wouldn't mind either white or tambling in the side - but i really want the above four fella's in this week.

in all honesty - i would prefer the below changes be rung - but i know it isn't realistic, so why bother harping on about it
