Installing Drivers...?

Long story short: I cannot install the drivers from a CD-ROM on the account that my CD drive is a piece of junk and does not work. It won't play an CDs.

I have downloaded the drivers online from the site, and will install them 'manually'; that will work, right? I'm ignorant when it comes to this sort of thing. But I guess what I am trying to understand is, there is no major difference between installing drivers from a CD-ROM and a downloading them, is there?

there shouldn't be no provided you have the correct driver. the best place for this is the manufacturers web-site.

often driver web-sites such as softpedia or driverzone have a big download button on the driver page but that is a link to some third party software while the actual link to the driver is tucked away neatly somewhere.

Thanks BT. Appreciate it! :)

All is good now. Drivers installed. Now I can make as many prints of Miss Hendricks as I want without creeping out the Officeworks staff.
