They can get rid of him and it would be irrelevant to the team's prospects - this year and in the future.

But it is not as if he is crucial to the club's future as a player

If he is going to be so disruptive and undisciplined and bring the club's name into question, the club might just as well boot him out now rather than wait for the end of the season.

Guess he got the wrong guy...

I love Rhys' comments about Sentanta being disruptive and undisciplined to his teammates - I thought that would have helped describe Rhys' career a bit as well - maybe its just him about his own experiences????
