Should the International Rules Series be scrapped?

IMO it isnt the greatest concept but I dont mind the game and its good to see some of the best players playing in one team now that SOO is no more.

Waste of time in my book...........they use a soccer ball for goodness sake. If I want to watch soccer, I'll watch the Melbourne Victory on Friday night. Come to think of it, I think I will.

All it does is place your players at risk of injury........for what? The love of the jumper in some hybrid game. No thanks.

What is stopping them playing State of Origin at this time of year? At least it is relevant at AFL.

Fear of injury?

What kind of wuss are you?

Keep it.... I love it! It is an awesome game and if i got the chance to represent my country or something like that i would cherish it. I would play the game for sure if i could. Keep it going, its great!

Got nothing to do with being a wuss mate............I'm talking about a player potential doing a ACL and missing the next season.

Would you be happy if Deledio did his knee tomorrow night playing IR?

Well my good friend WTTF is a bit of a Wuss and whilst he barracks for the filth I must agree with him.

I cannot get excited about the International Rules games I am happy that the Mighty Black & Whites are at their High Altitude Camp in Arizona.

There is no real purpose in these games especially if some kid who did not play senior football last year is representing his country. It would be a great honour but really the team should be the All Australian Team playing. If that does not suit then why play the games.

I am not even a big fan of State Footy. I love my native Victoria but most of my mob are formerly South Australian based, I am not going to barrack for the Croweaters but could not support a side that is playing against Bucks , Burns & Didak

State Footy was great in 60's & 70's but I think its over.

I cannot even follow my old VFA side as Sandringham is now Melbourne reserves. I now have support Williamstown which I hated as a Kid

Even Sheffield Shield (PURA CUP) Cricket is not State v State. Last week Williams and Inness opened the Bowling for WA against Victoria's Arnberger (NSW) Moss (NSW) Hussey (WA).

Next we will want State of Origin Cricket!!!

You gotta remember this is a footy website and there is no way the majority of the people are gonna vote for more footy to be scrapped
