Hey guys!

I guess I'm not really that new here (started an account last year some time but forgot about it).

I'm from WA and am a mad Geelong supporter.

In recent years I've never had the money to buy a membership or fly over for a Grand Final, so I've never looked into it, however this year I do and I'm starting to get a good vibe that we will make the Grand Final.

I am just wondering how someone goes about getting a ticket to the game as I have looked for options but haven't found any useful information!

I don't have a membership, but I will buy one if it means that I get a priority to get a ticket.

Thanks in advance for any help :)

Two real options.
1. Buy a premium geelong membership with grand final access $180 plus ticket price.
2. Buy an overpriced package deal which usually includes a breakfast associated with an afl club where you won't get much change out of $800.

Hmm...I was actually just checking the Geelong website for membership packages and this was one of the perks: "Opportunity to purchase AFL Grand Final tickets should Geelong Cats compete† (excludes Country and Interstate, full AFL Club Support,Supporter and 3-Game Members)"

Is that right that interstate members for Victorian clubs are not allowed the opportunity to purchase Grand Final tickets should their team make it?

Beyond paying for a corporate ticket, you have honestly next to no chance. Geelong's allocation I'm guessing would be well exhausted already so a membership may not be much use.
