Can anyone enlighten us on when was the last time a vic side won all their games against interstate sides in a season. I wonder if BT will use this as a bit of extra motivation for this weeks Frockers game.

As a guess I would say Essendon in 2000 but this would be a more significant achievement given the dominance of the interstaters since then.

i wouldnt call Hawthorn an interstate side.

Sure its supposedly their alternate home ground but they are Vic based still.

besides as a Taswegian myself, i dont want claim to any part of Hawthorn thanks very much..

Well maybe half an interstate team then.

Also, theres plenty of west coast supporters in vic etc.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. There's another thread that mentions Scarlo may still be out with flu, it's a long road trip (only one to Subi this year) and the Crows played the Dockers into some form last week. Not saying we can't win it, just threads like this would be better after the fact.
