Happy birthday, Bill, and let's hope there are many more.

I came online to post this (slow listener to podcasts!) and glad it got some attention at the time. I just enjoyed the whole chat so much, from Bill's stories of kicking a paper footy to school and back during the Great Depression to his role in composing the Lions song on a train with some of the boys after being inspired by Casablanca! Strongly recommend giving a listen.

Happy Birthday Bill, hope you have a nice cake, and much laughter and family happiness on your 92nd.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, Andon, but Bill is sadly no longer with us. He passed away in August last year.

Still, a great innings from a great man. From the famous song to his ability to overcome a physical disability, what a life he led.
