iphone help

I have always had an Android phone (Samsung) but it died and my daughter gave me her old iPhone 11 pro max.

I don't like the ringtones on it and want to transfer new ones.

I have tried doing it via Zedge and GarageBand but it doesn't work.

Tried via iTunes on windows computer but can't sign in as my friend's log in comes up and have no idea why this is happening as has no contact with my daughter's phone.

Connected my phone to computer and all I can see is 'storage', no other files.
