Hi all - apologies if this is in the wrong spot but a quick fix could make yours truly unimaginably happy - i know there's an iphone thread which i will post in, but if this stand alone thread can help me fix it, I know it's worth it.
My iphone has carked it. Knocked it slightly and it went straight to a screen with a cord and an arrow pointing to an itunes logo. Connected to itunes but it's saying something about an error when I try to update it. I tried this - http://osxdaily.com/2010/12/06/error-3194-fix-for-itunes/ - but it gave me nothing. i tried taking out the simcard and restarting it but it gave me nothing.
any clues or ideas what to do? any chance i can fix it without going to apple?
