My Iphone hadn't been working for a few months, so I had lost all of my contacts/photos/messages from the time I had last backed up (Febuary), and got it working tonight. If I were to sync my old phone and then sync my new phone, would everything be on my new phone, in order of where it should be?

You might be better off asking apple.com this question mate.

It sounds like your phone is out of RAM.

Your post hurts my brain......... but (depending on OS versions, sometimes it plays up if it's too old) if you backup one device and restore it onto another one, and authorize the transfer of apps, in theory your device will be cloned and everything will be there.

By using KrojamSoft SyncFile you can solve all sync related issues, it works well to sync any type of data, files and folders.
