iPhone text message app - 1116 SEN

Hi guys

Today on 1116 SEN, they mentioned a 'free' app that actually spoofed the senders ID and masked it with another number.
They did not disclose the name of it and I was just wondering if anyone knew the name?

There is a lot of apps out there but none that I could find that actually sends a text message. Many of them fake a text message pop up on your own phone with a fake sender ID
